And now we are back home again . Rabat is warm and we step in when the Muslims are in the middle of the Ramadan. Coming back from our summer and memories still fresh in our minds. Last week in Balazuc in the French Ardèche we enjoyed some family gatherings and BBQ. The fresh approach, vegetables and fruits from local farmers. Cheese and wine from a local store, and the goats just on the low hill at the end of the Domain of the family, is the picture I like to keep. The woman who is the shepherd came thirty years ago from the Netherlands and started her farm life in the small medieval village of Balazuc, one of France's most beautiful villages. Today she produces a very fine and high quality goat cheese. The cheese is even labeled as an 'Appelation d'Origine Controlée' (AOC). Her sheep come from Marseille and have their ancestors in Greece and Canada. Every evening, when the girls were climbing on the rocks and constructing a small wood house the shepherd came upon the land of my family announced by the bells of her troop.
