Hi.

Welcome to my blog. I document my adventures in travel, style, and food. Hope you have a nice stay!

Food rules.

She's allergic and has a golden diet!

Getting there.
The powerful meaning of superb food, slow and balanced.
Everey day International news papers publish these long lists of articles.
Words, opinions, meaningful and expressive sense of what we should, would better eat, and where big industries do lack in their responsability.

Small list.
Some senses.
Love for food and common sense for our health,
the body,
the mind and
the ever effort into team work between the spiritual, mental state and the body, the one that needs to be respected.

Miracles, dreams, images, cultures, long tables and never ending moments of exchange.

The list to remind, or the rythm as you like?
Three meals, no snacks between.
Especially not in the morning between breakfast and lunch.
Variety of ingredients.
No sodas just plain water.
Fresh fruit daily , several portions.

Adapt to the kids, their choices by asking what they like to eat. They only are able to go into a kind of a selection or favorite when they know what happens in the kitchen, where the food is from and what a delicious moment it is when you're just smelling the aromas and flavors coming from the stoof.

I am in the middle of my move to England.
We're leaving Morocco.
I know for my allergy girl all will be easier in England.
And what I like to add is that her diet is the superb diet for all teenagers.
It is pretty much about  dealing and controlling impulses.
Where as an adult you can balance with one day a little bit to much you will limit yourself the following day. Kids, teenagers don't have this tool. So there is where we should come in and lead them,

Propose a variety and diversity of tastes, make the kitchen,  explore the table and connect these worlds into a global place where the adventure starts. FRiendship starts in the kitchen and evolves at the table!
