Bed and breakfast (BF). I like that. A nice start of the day, especially in bed or outside on a terrace, but that's most of the time an illusion. BF is just a routine in daily (school) life. And some routines evolve easily into something dull that one likes to forget. That's fine I think with all kind of boring habits, but a stupid thing to do with your breakfast! Scientists do mention the value of a decent BF for kids and especially teens. So wake up! Move that body to the kitchen. You need your vitamins, your energy. Brains and body are screaming for some healthy input after a night of sleeping, partying, studying..
A perfect fast and friendly BF: one dairy (300ml) and if you like, add a cup of tea or coffee, one portion of cereals and fruit! Choose your fruit of the day along your mood, personal taste and the season!
