Trying to keep up with the days and the amount of food my girls need to eat. It's delicate not to make to often their favorites. A variety of vegetables works. I must confess that the fancy lunch boxes we bought this summer, Japanese originals, earn nice food and I put all my energy in it.
After a glance at my fridge stock I decided to go for: onion, garlic, spinach, salmon, pepper, salt and dill:
A one pan dish with pasta.
Serve with fresh parmesan cheese, good taste is all about fresh products! It's true, so just explain and share it with your kids.
We respect most of the time our golden rule: 4 ingredients. Honest and simple. Not to spicy, this doesn't work anyway for Solange. Her specialist mentioned again this summer.
Ingredients for a balanced school lunch(three girls)
1 large onion, small cut and garlic
1 bag of frozen spinach
180 gram salmon, small pieces
black pepper, sea salt, pressed lemon and a lot of dill (from the garden)
olive oil
parmesan cheese
350 pasta
Onion with garlic at low temperature. Until soft and glaze.
Add spinach.
And pepper and salt as you wish and sprinkle the lemon and a lot of dill .
Boil the pasta in the meantime. Mix the salmon & spinach with the warm pasta.
Serve cheese in a seperate small container in their lunch box.
