Information about health, growth and emotions for Teens : TeensHealth.org
It's about food, allergies, sleep, exercise, campus life and being a young student, summer plans and earning money, staying zen and being healthy, connection to peers and parents, finding yourself in the fast moving environment of today's teen's life.
The focus on health with a link to allergies. Clear and short lists with possible reactions and things to take care of, when you^re allergic and you're a teen this is nice and wonderful site.
As for parents it's well done that there is more information to study and to transfer to our teens, so they get more involved about the issues that counts. Topics are teen-like wise!
It's disturbing though when I read the symptoms a body evolve while having an allergic reaction. The stomach ache and the vomiting, the respiration and nauseous problems. Disturbing because my allergy girl goes through these stages, as two weeks ago in Amsterdam. It seems that reactions got worse.
