Christmas time and we are preparing all the fine events and celebrations.
The apartment smells already, the Christmas tree has arrived, there she stands in all her glory and green majesty. Fresh from the high lands in Denmark to the flower man in Marylebone to our home in London. And as we stay here for the entire time of three weeks of Christmas break we will so enjoy her. Theirs is no sound, nobody but me and the tree. I made my good old time favourite biscuits with Parmesan cheese. It is one of my appetizer at the tomorrow's table when we welcome friends to celebrate the seasons. A true classic this sable recipe. A fine Christmas tradition, memories already.
