Girls like food, girls love to eat and I am convinced that bringing the kids in the kitchen makes your life beautiful. What a fun to be in the kitchen with my girls. They feel extremely excited to prepare the birth day for their sister and her friends. The weather has changed, no sun far out above the dark ocean, grey African skies. The hole day, starting at 6 am until early in the afternoon, we were busy making different cakes and prepare the dough for one of the baking activities for the party.
Cinnamon, dried mixed fruits, fresh raisins dried raisins. Flower cupcakes and tiny figurines, heart shape cake and aprons. Energy and creativity. Twenty hands manipulate the dough. Plain vanilla or with some cocoa. Some are fast and make a serie of music notes, others make a collection of hearts and flowers. The cooking island is a busy center, laughs, flour and serious faces.
